The Academy trains students on the basis of a contract. Faculty Specialities Specialization Veterinary Medicine Doctor of Veterinary Medicine -  treatment of diseases of productive animals; -  small animal disease treatment; -  laboratory service in veterinary medicine; -  veterinary pharmacia; -  veterinary-sanitary inspection of food. -  poultry diseases Technology of production and processing of animal husbandry products Zooengineer (animal breeder) -  pedigree cattle – breeding; -  pig breeding; -  technology of animal product processing; -  poultry – farming; -  horse – breeding; -  fish – breeding; -  kinology; -  technology of feed and feed supplements; -  bee-keeping. Management of enterprises Manager of farm enterprises

Period of study. 1. Preparatory department - 10 months.  2. Veterinary Medicine     - Master of Science - 6 years and 6 months. 3. Technology of production and processing of animal husbandry products     - Bachelor - 4 years.     - Master of Science 5 years. 4. Faculty “Management of organizations”     - Bachelor degree after secondary school – 4 years and 9 months 5. Post Graduate Study - 3 years.     There are 11 specializations for Post Graduation students. Preparatory department. To enter the academy foreign citizens must finish preparatory department. The period of study is 10 months. Preparatory department of  the Academy trains students in  chemistry, biology, physics to prepare the students to enter higher schools. The language of teaching is Russian. Classes are given by highly-qualified teachers having academic degrees. During the study at the Academy you set up an acquaintance with the academic staff and the history of the institute, visit theatres, circus, sport-halls, use the library.        The year starts on 1 October . The arrival is from 15.08-15.11 depending on the solution of financial and organizational problems. Foreign students should inform us about the day of their arrival a month before. Additional information. To improve the curriculum, to adapt them to the European level of training doctors of veterinary medicine the Academy cooperates with Free University Berlin (Germany), Utrecht University (the Netherlands) and Barneveld college of Practical training (the Netherlands). The Rectorat invites you to cooperate with the Academy, that has got great experience in training specialists in agriculture for foreign countries. How to apply: to enter the Academy the following document are necessary.  1.     An invitation from the Academy 2.     Secondary education certificate (the original and notarially certified copy in English), 3.     Transcript of the records, including information on the form of study, period of study, system     of knowledge evaluation, subjects, marks, etc /original and a copy/. 4.     Certificate of a preparatory department. 5.     Birth certificate (original or notarially certified copy in English) 6.     Health Certificate to prove your ability to live in the climatic conditions of Ukraine, IDS – test. 7.     8 colored photos 6x4.
